CODE OF ETHICS
RESPECT TO BE RESPECTED
Respect the hotel management, your brothers and sisters, mentors, and everyone around you.
Avoid distracting behavior, such as excessive laughing to draw attention, inappropriate jokes, or leaving the activity room without permission (for youth).
Do not waste food; pick up your trash and any other trash around you.
Follow the program timeline and check it regularly. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early for each activity so you can be ON TIME.
DRESS CODE
Dress modestly at all times during all activities, especially during prayer.
Youth Brothers: Only Islamic clothing should be worn in the prayer room. Pajamas, shorts, tight clothing, or sleeveless shirts are NOT allowed in the prayer room.
Youth Sisters: Wear a hijab during all activities. Ensure that your clothing is proper and Islamic, including loose pants or long skirts with long sleeves. Avoid makeup, short shirts, and tight clothing of any kind.
GATHERINGS
Youth males and females are NOT allowed to socialize together unless specifically instructed.
Loud voices in the hotel hallways are NOT allowed.
SAFETY
Please refrain from harming yourself or others. NAFIS is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during the retreat. May God protect you and your loved ones.
Any misconduct in violation of this code of ethics will have consequences.
It is crucial for parents to help preserve a healthy Islamic environment.
